He was readily available to offer guidance and advice when we needed it. He understands the needs of his clients, and he is always willing to advocate for them . The selling process went with ease due to Matt’s attention to detail and preparation. Gretchen and her team have helped me to  buy  and sell several homes with me. Gretchen and her team are very responsive. They give you  lots of feedback after showings   . They help give you direction in things to do to help you sell your home. I will never use anyone but Gretchen and her team. If you want someone to get the job done she’s your girl. We decided to put our house on the market right at the beginning of the housing boom that took place in 2021. Matt with the Gretchen Evans team was extremely proactive. He immediately had a client who was looking for a home in our area with many of the same specifications as our home.  Although our house was not the perfect fit for that family, Matt had several others ready to come take a look. The next day, before we even had a sign in our yard, our house was sold!! Of course, that left us with a problem… We did not have a house to move into.  We were fortunate that we had family that we could rely on to live with for a small span of time l, if needed.  Matt knew the area we were looking for, and was extremely proactive in finding homes for us to look at. Remind you, this was during a time where houses were selling like hotcakes.  He found several houses for us to look at, but they were not the perfect home for us. The day before our movers came to move us out of our home, Matt found our perfect home!  He stayed in constant contact with us during the time that we were living with family and was extremely helpful in the move in process.  We hope we never have to move again, but would definitely use Matt and the Gretchen Evans team if we do. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a realtor. I was really skeptical that I was going to be able to find my home given the tough market conditions. But I must say Matt and Gretchen got it done. I really appreciated their tag team approach to helping me find my dream home. I thought the communication throughout the process was clear and concise. Despite having some problems with the lender, Matt was able to work through extending our contract with the seller so that we didn't fall out of contract.
